I designed this blend myself, to help wean me off tobacco which I have enjoyed for way too long. I batch it half and half with my weed SInce using this batch my lungs feel cleaner and healthier - thanks plantain! Plus I coughed up a whole lot of junk and my tubes feel more open - thanks mullein! My sinuses and air passageways are clearer and it's really helped me calm my nerves - thanks lemon balm!
